Roy Kirkham Pottery has been producing fin bone china at the same Stoke On Trent site since 1970. The ceramic factory houses multiple cup plants, glaze spraying line and casting facilities. The clay pieces are fired in recyclable heat intermittent kilns, glaze fired and then decal decorated by hand or heat transfer decorating machine. A rotary fast fire or enamel kiln provides the final firing process whereupon the product is transferred to our packing facility for despatch. In addition to ceramic manufacturing there are on site decal manufacturing facilities that produce custom made ceramic transfers for the pottery products.
